Eric Posner

Eric Andrew Posner (born December 5, 1965)〔date & year of birth, full name according to LCNAF CIP data〕 is an American law professor and son of the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit judge Richard Posner. He is a professor of international law, contract law, and bankruptcy, among other areas. As of 2014, he was the 4th most-cited legal scholar in the United States.
==Education==

Posner attended Yale University (B.A., M.A. in philosophy, ''summa cum laude'') and received his law degree from Harvard Law School (J.D., ''magna cum laude'') in 1991. He clerked for Judge Stephen F. Williams of the D.C. Circuit.
